Trailer Demo Project - Windows and Siding

Continued work on the trailer demolition projects  Today we removed all of the windows and 1 of the doors.  

The kitchen windows was a little more difficult to remove.  The screws for the window frames were at an angle that was difficult to get to.  We ended up just removing the glass from the frames.

On the back side of the trailer we were just going to remove a small piece of the siding to see what was underneath.  It was so easy to remove we ended up removing more than we originally had planned.

Captured a couple of images of a bobcat? on the game camera back in December.

 

Spencers Highland "The Corner" cleanup

Spent the day cleaning up a couple of trees @ "The Corner".  This spot bordering Grayson Highlands is available to rent for primitive camping.  For more information go to our Spencers Highland site here or to reserve for 1 or more nights click here.

 

Trailer Demo Project - Back porch

We decided to remove the back porch as our first task in our Trailer Demo Project.  The back porch used to be a laundry / wood stove room until a fire burned down the back wall 10 years ago.  

After removing the roof and back wall you can see the original color of the trailer.

Next time we will start the demo of what's left of the front sunroom.
