Highlands Creek Construction completed a comprehensive remodel of a double-wide manufactured home in Claremont, NC. The project aimed to modernize the home’s comfort, efficiency, and appearance through extensive interior and exterior updates, including bathroom renovations, a new heat pump system, window and door replacement, and complete landscaping improvements.

Scope of Work

The renovation included:

  • Bathroom Remodels: Full demolition and rebuild of two bathrooms with new vanities, fixtures, moisture-resistant drywall, and luxury vinyl flooring for improved durability and design.
  • Window & Door Replacement: Installation of new energy-efficient vinyl windows and insulated exterior doors to improve thermal performance, enhance natural light, and modernize the home’s exterior appearance.
  • HVAC Upgrade: Replacement of the existing system with a high-efficiency electric heat pump and air handler, increasing comfort and lowering energy costs.
  • Landscaping Improvements: Site grading for drainage, new sod and foundation plantings, and the addition of gravel walkways and garden borders to enhance curb appeal and usability.
